Simply select a DNA from the dropdown menu. Once you click on it, the visualization will begin loading. The dna are fairly large, so sometimes it may take a while to visualize.
After selecting two dna, click the 'Align!' button to see an alignment of the two sequences. Black represents insertion or deletion -- it's interesting to see that sometimes there are large areas of black! (Look under the 'Info' tab for extra information on how dna are aligned).
